Consistency Over Perfection

A 9-month journey toward real results with Jon.

Meet Jon.

Over the last 9 months, Jon has demonstrated that you don't need a perfect schedule to achieve radical transformation. Overnights to day shift rotation over and over. He's done quite a bit of traveling during this time as well, and still able to stay consistent enough to make a difference over time. Jon is a great example of still being able to reach your goals while living a busy and adventurous lifestyle. You just need to keep showing up! His journey hasn't been a straight line; it's included real-life interruptions and the typical ups and downs we all face. However, by leveraging a personalized training program and weekly nutrition coaching at Beyond Fitness, he's transforming his life for the long haul.

What made you reach out to Beyond Fitness? "I had a hard time sticking to a routine. I'd start, then quit. I was always in and out and could never stay consistent for more than about three months. I was looking for support because I was having trouble doing it on my own." - Jon
