  • Get ready to take your fitness journey to the next level with a tailored workout plan available in our app. You can also use this workout plan in our weight lifting class to get input from our personal trainers. 

Nutrition Coaching

Expert Nutrition Coaching:

  • Our nutrition coaching includes weekly meetings to provide ongoing support for your dietary goals. We'll prescribe macros and guide you on how to track them if needed.

About Stephanie (Owner)

As a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, my passion is to guide people toward a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule, and more importantly, fitness goals. I will help you transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.

I have worked with Stephanie for a few months now. During those months Stephanie has been consistent, thorough, and dealt with every curve ball I threw at her. She went ABOVE and BEYOND with her training materials, workouts, even food lists, and suggestions. The whole time she has been encouraging and positive. She checks in with me multiple times throughout the week, has a quick turn around on any questions I ask, and during my check in sends me an informative video explaining everything she is changing that next week and why she’s changing it. Stephanie is knowledgeable about all things workout, and nutrition, along with the science that goes along with it. I'm so happy she agreed to work with me and I strongly recommend.
